Comforts of a double room with gorgeous bedding were fabulous. The hotel was in a comfortable location, in a bay which was out of sight of the street.

We needed to have restaurant.

Its location in Leeds was quiet and handy, so close to shops and local restaurants/bars, good night life and great bars and restaurants.

The rooms with gorgeous bedding. Breakfast with gallant and scramble eggs, as example.

I had the a double room which was newly renovated and nicely furnished with an openable sash window. Tea/coffee and coffee were provided. The location was peaceful and handy and the free parking was onsite.  

Everyone who works in the hotel is very friendly and attentive...

It was in a comfy location in a bay which was out of sight of the street. Didn't like when it was very hot outside, went to The Cat's Pyjamas to relax and grab some food.

Charming old and homely hotel in a very popular area, minute walk from restaurants and pubs. Suburban location, unique base for discovering Leeds. Plenty of places to eat around: restaurants and pubs.  

Booked a double room with great bathroom. This wonderful old and gorgeous hotel had a suburban setting close to good night life. Moreover, it was so close to the centre, the communal areas such as the bar and numerous

Liked my really good stay for a Leeds visit. I had neat, newly remodelled room complete with great bathroom. The location was convenient close to good night life.

Travelled with my wife, spent 2 nights here and had a really good stay. Its location was unbeatable, very close to the communal areas such as the bar and foyer, bars and resturants, and the Original Oak pub in the centre 

It's welcome base for sightseeing and exploring Leeds. The staff are attentive, they keep the place fairly clean. The hotel provides a terrific service. The setting is perfect and excellent, close to local pubs, restaurant and restaurants of Headingley. 

Newly remodelled, neat room with a separate bathroom and a walk-in shower and a shower. Peaceful and handy location, within short walking distance to everywhere.

Greatly enjoyed the way my queen room was arranged with the best beds as well as The TV. The hotel location was convenient and handy close to shops and restaurants.
